If the dread is starting to creep in about the week ahead, work, appointments, emails life responsibilities or just the general ugh of it all.. This is the place to dump it.

Say what you’re worried about, what you’re overthinking or what you’re really not bothered dealing with tomorrow. No judgement, no advice unless you ask for it. Just get it off your chest so you can properly switch off and enjoy a bit of rest before Monday rolls back around.

So my 15 year daughter wants to walk home from her friends at 9.30. It’s ten minutes away in a safe area. But I’m terrified of her being attacked on her walk home. It’s not fair. She deserves her freedom. I never stop her going out and I’m happy to collect her but I’m sure it’s suffocating.

Am I wrong?

Hi all, I've seen on another tread people rave about tretinoin and estrogen cream for older skin. I am just wondering if any ladies in Ireland use this combination and where do they purchase either or both of them?

A controversial proponent of natural remedies who has been banned from providing any health services in Australia is due to embark on a series of events in the UK and Ireland despite criticism from scientists, health charities and academic bodies.

Barbara O’Neill, who describes herself as a naturopath and nutritionist, lectures internationally on “natural self-healing”.

She has previously claimed that cancer is a fungus that can be treated with bicarbonate soda, that vaccines have caused an epidemic of conditions including autism and cot death, and that pregnant women with Strep B do not have to take antibiotics.

Now experts in the UK have raised concerns in a letter to venues across UK and Ireland where O’Neill, 73, is scheduled to speak.

“Medical misinformation kills, and we wrote the letter because we have seen first-hand the profound and tragic harms that health fictions inflict on vulnerable patients … We hope making people aware of this reality mitigates her ability to inflict harm elsewhere,” he said.

Another multi-day event featuring Barbara O’Neill, run by the Christian health and wellness group Balm of Gilead, is scheduled for mid-October at the City North hotel and conference centre in Gormanston, Ireland.

After 30 years my pierced ears have closed up and I need to get them repierced. Any recs in Dublin 2 area? Is it still done by that gun and those massive studs you had to keep in your ears for weeks? Please say no. I like what Maria Tash do but I am not spending that kind of money!! TIA!

Hi ! Is there such a thing of sports bra fittings ? I've never been lucky enough to have one that I feel adequately supports me. It's gotten to the point that I can't stand running purely for how my chest feels . I feel like I need them properly strapped down . My bust is not huge but on the bigger side. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!
