Hi ! Is there such a thing of sports bra fittings ? I've never been lucky enough to have one that I feel adequately supports me. It's gotten to the point that I can't stand running purely for how my chest feels . I feel like I need them properly strapped down . My bust is not huge but on the bigger side. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!
I recently found this 1989 version for 2 euro in vintage shop . Thought there was no harm in buying it. It feels like an easy read reference book for ancient history , ideas and new age references.
My opinion is , the information in book is very surface level . However , I have not come across anything incorrect or over simplified so far. It's very inoffensive to read and does what I feel it's intended to do ; be a reference book/encyclopedia to stimulate further reading on a wide range of topics, not just "witches and witchcraft"
I did a quick bit of research on the author Rosemary Ellen Guiley. My question is , would I be right in thinking the general consensus is that she was a "charlatan"? Or was her possible wisdom and intuition just smeared by evangelicals or arrogant people in a similar field ?

I found a lot of these plants near a canal in East Ireland . My plant identification app is saying it's "Amphibious bistort" . However other suggestions on the app are different knotweed. I thought I'd ask here as there are in such an abundance and I'm wondering if I need to report it!

Just spotted at least three of these guys in my garden this morning . They seem to be living in the dead hedges. We have a wild garden and are trying to improve biodiversity. However , we don't know much about these types of insectovors! If it's a lesser white toothed shrew I can see online that they are considered invasive . Any info from someone who knows a few things about different types of shrews or their role in biodiversity in Ireland would be greatly appreciated!
*edit , they appear to be coming in from a crack in our back wall where a farmers field has just been cut . I don't know if my small wild garden could accommodate all these creatures without upsetting the balance !
Spotted her near clover . I've read they are quite common . I hope it's a good sign for the biodiversity of the garden !
Just using a fountain while I wait for my native oxygenating plants from future forests! Within 24 hours of adding water , a dragonfly was spotted in our garden ! Along with loads of honey bees and a few solitary bees nearby the pond. Id really recommend adding water to your garden
I've noticed this powered substance on my gala apple tree after it finished flowering . It seems to have gotten worse and the leaves are withering. Does anyone have any insight to what could be wrong ? 😔

Has anyone been seeing lady birds in their garden lately ? I haven't seen any in mine yet . I'm wondering how I could entice them in /support them! Any tips ?
