I have my marriage-based(F2A)USCIS interview this Tuesday and I’m feeling really anxious after seeing the new USCIS/immigration policy memo discussions online.
My case was already scheduled before all this news came out, so I’m worried if it could impact my interview or cause delays/cancellation.
Hyy, For all tomorrow NYC workers, I just see 2 trains pass in front of my home.
My USCIS interview is already scheduled, but today my case status updated to “case is still being processed.”
Does this mean my interview got canceled or is this a normal update before interview? I checked under docs tab nothing is there.
However I just check API FTA0, in (JSON) data base checkes received.
Hi, I got my USCIS I-130/I-485 interview scheduled and also a courtesy email asking to upload any new evidence before the interview. We already submitted our initial documents, but we have a few new things like updated lease, photos, and joint documents. My question is that where can I upload new evidence, under I-130 or I-485??
