How’s Boracay weather now?

Its raining here in Manila and I have tickets to Boracay on Wednesday. Planning if I push thru or not 😅

Last time I went to Boracay was 2022, does anyone have recommendations on where to eat and chill?

AIO for wanting space from my boyfriend after the way he spoke to me?

My (F30) boyfriend(M28) recently asked for advice about how much he should charge for a project. I work in the same industry and have more experience with rates, so he wanted my opinion.

That night, I was drinking with my coworkers at a team-building event. He knew where I was and that I was drinking, but I wasn’t able to reply immediately.
He got irritated and started repeatedly messaging me, saying things like, “It’s just a simple favor and you can’t even help me,” “Don’t make me angry,” and “I’m getting irritated with you again.” He also brought up money I owe him and equipment of his that I have.
The next day, I explained that I wasn’t intentionally ignoring him. I told him I understood that he was stressed, but I didn’t appreciate how he spoke to me. I still gave him the rate advice he originally asked for.
Instead of acknowledging that, he got more irritated. He demanded that I pay him soon, return his equipment immediately, and called my explanation about being drunk a “bullshit excuse” because I had managed to make a soc media video with my coworkers that night. (That I didnt make, I just joined the video as support)
For fairness, I do owe him money and the stuff is his. I intend to settle both, and I understand he’s under financial and work-related stress. What bothers me is how he treats me when he’s angry.

This isn’t our first problem either. We’ve had several issues throughout our relationship. We actually broke up about a year ago and got back together a month later. There have also been multiple instances where he has shouted at me, indirectly cursed at me, or spoken to me in ways that I felt were disrespectful.

Some things have improved, but I’ve noticed that I sometimes change my behavior or avoid engaging with him because I don’t want to trigger another argument. When we fight, I often end up explaining myself until I’m exhausted.
This particular fight wasn’t even our worst, but something about it made me feel done. I don’t want to talk to him or see him right now. At first I thought I was just emotional because I had been drinking, but I still felt the same after sobering up.

I still love him and we’re happy when things are good. But I also feel like I’ve slowly become detached after everything we’ve been through.

TL;DR: My boyfriend got angry and spoke disrespectfully to me because I didn’t immediately respond to a request for help while I was out drinking with coworkers. It’s bringing back feelings from previous conflicts where he’s shouted, indirectly cursed, or disrespected me. We broke up before and got back together. Now I feel emotionally exhausted and want space, and I’m questioning whether I still want this relationship. AIO?
