Hi I'm planning to buy an electric scooter for campus I heard the place is hilly and all so I'm not sure how much range I need for scooter as well because hills impact range so im just asking you guys incase you use any scooters that are cheap and work for you on campus I can buy.
Hi I had a question about E-scooters on campus I am planning to buy one but I also found out I am not allowed to bring scooters inside buildings in campus so does this include my dorms as well if so how am I supposed to charge my scooter? Also, is there any place for scooters like bikes to lock them on campus?

I'm an incoming first-year student at UNC Charlotte and I'm planning to major in Data Science. I noticed that a lot more people seem to be in Computer Science, so I had a few questions for current Data Science students or graduates:
Would you recommend Data Science to a new undergraduate student? Why or why not?
What resources, clubs, internships, websites, or other opportunities have been especially helpful for Data Science students?
How are the job and internship opportunities for Data Science majors compared to Computer Science majors?
If I start in Data Science and later decide I want to switch to Computer Science, how difficult is that process? Since the first-year courses seem somewhat similar, would I be behind?
My long-term goal is potentially transferring to NC State. If I complete Data Science courses at UNC Charlotte, how well do those credits transfer to NC State, specifically for the Mathematics major with a Data Science concentration?
Looking back, would you choose Data Science at UNC Charlotte again, or would you choose a different major/program?

Hey guys, I just got assigned to Wilson Hall for my first year of college. I have heard good and bad things about this hall. I just wanted to hear your thoughts about a few questions I have about this hall below.
Can you rate the communal bathroom situation out of 1 to 10 and why at Wilson Hall.
Should I buy a mini fridge or instead use the fridge at the community kitchen.
I picked Wilson Hall as my last choice, and I applied on the 2nd day the applications opened. Is it normal to get assigned my last choice despite me being a first year student.
If anyone has a specific 3rd floor of Wilson Hall, can you tell me if it's okay or how bad or good it is compared to other floors.

Hi, I just got my housing assignment, and this is my first year of college, I was wondering what room essentials I should bring to campus. I know the traditional double room is pretty small and can not fit many items, so I was wondering what some essentials you guys recommend that I must have to make my campus experience smoother.
Also, on the side note, I got assigned to Wilson Hall on the 3rd floor, and if anyone from there has anything to share about that floor or the building, I would appreciate that as well.
