What Are the Worst Aspects of Working in a Call Center?

What do you think is the worst aspect of working in a call center or working remotely? I work from home for a massive hospital group.

For me the absolute worst thing that I hate is the utter lack of support when something comes up that I need assistance with. It takes FOREVER for anyone to respond, if they actually ever do respond.

I Royaly Fvcked Up Today.

I just got out of training for this new job. I absolutely love it. Today I opened my mouth and said something about the person whom I had asked a question of, while my caller was still on my line. It slipped out and I didn't realize that she could hear me, not to mention all of our calls are recorded. Of course I freaked the hell out. I was very unprofessional and deeply ashamed and embarrassed for what I said. I will probably be fired and if so I deserve it. It has taught me a very valuable lesson to keep my mouth shut unless I'm providing information to my callers.
