Turns out it's not SIBO.

I had SIBO like symptoms for 2 years and didn't know what it was. Food intolerance was my first thought but during my elimination diet followed by reintroducing didn't change a thing. Even gluten wasn't the issue.

I got tested on methane and hydrogen and I did this test twice, one with lactulose and one with glucose. Both came back negative.

I am reliefed. I have used herbs like berberine that helped immensely. Now I am taking MSM daily and my bloating is going away! I even could eat ice cream without bloating like a balloon 😄

I just wanted to thank ya'll for all the useful information I gathered thruoghout the last couple months. I have a list of supplements that I will slowly introduce to see if anything changes.

My next step is a stool sample and blood test. I need to check if my organs are functioning properly. We'll see...

Feeling heavy and lethargic while on zoloft.

I started my journey mid February with 25 mg, tired 50 for a week and couldn't do anything but lie in bed. Now I am back at 25 mg and I am still struggling to function like a normal human being.

Everytime I take it I feel extremely heavy and lethargic to the point where I just lie in bed or take 2-3 hour naps (I sleep 9-10 hours each night). I tried taking it before going to bed but it made it harder to get up in the morning.

Does anyone have the same experience? Any advice is appreciated.
