Is eating 1600 calories a day and 140g of protein bad for weight loss as a 17 year old?

Hello! I am a 17 year old who has been on a calorie deficit for a while now. I am 5”10 and am slightly active (I like disc golf and go to the gym 3 times a week).

I was originally 230 pounds and over the past 5 months got to 182. I don’t know if I should continue this deficient because I have been reading that this could be unhealthy for me. I’m wondering if anyone else has any input on if this is bad and any healthier alternates to lose weight?

I’ve read I need around 2400-3000 a day so I am currently at around a 1000 calorie deficit or around 2 pounds a week.
