We have a FURNISHED room sublet available Sept 1 in our apartment in Astoria. $1250 plus utilities and internet.
We are two roommates looking for a third. You would share a bathroom with Adam. The building is right on Astoria Park. It is an elevator doorman building with laundry on each floor. All the rooms have an AC/Heater in the wall. Top floor on our side with a balcony. 13 minute walk to NW train or M60 bus, but there are two busses (Q69/Q100) in front of building that go straight to the F train and one that goes to the N/W train if you don't feel like walking. It is near La Guardia and a great option if you are a flight attendant.
The room has a bed with frame (brand new mattress), desk, desk chair, cheap drawers, and curtains. living room and kitchen are all fully furnished. So we are looking for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff or someone moving to NYC.
About us: Adam and Sabrina, we both are very chill easy going people. We both play a lot of video games or watch TV in our rooms and are quiet and chill. Adam works from home, I am in office. We both are night owls and tend to go to bed late. I sometimes have friends over to hang out and play games in the living room on weekends. We have pet bunny who lives in the living room, so we will not be accepting anyone with pets unless something small that lives in your room (absolutely no cats due to allergies). Adam cooks sometimes, I cook less often. We are in our 30's and 40's. We would like someone clean, considerate, chill, pays rent on time, its great if you also like gaming.

We need someone who can start paying rent Sept 1, you can move in anytime after that but you would need to start paying rent Sept. 1. There is one month of security deposit required.
