Business is Business and Personal is Personal. The Forresters wanted Will to advise Electra what was going on at Logan so they would not be blindsided. They knew Electra would tell them what was going on at Logan. It was as if Electra would have been the Forresters way to keep abreast as to what was going on at Logan. This is wrong on all levels.

What is with the LumberJack attire on Will? Is he handling the lighting for the upcoming Logan Runway Release?
