I'm printing lens covers for my Polaroid cameras. The first few layers are printing as a mesh rather than a solid. Can someone tell me which setting I messed up on?

I have a Sonar OneStep that I purchased online. I have a test pack of exposed 600 film that I wanted to test out with. When I load the test pack, it ejects the first photo, but it will not eject any others when I press the shutter release. I've tried various cartridges, thinking it was a low-battery issue, but it still happens. During the first ejection, the print gets most of the way out, but I have to pull it the rest of the way.
Any ideas what is wrong?
