Consequences of hypermobility for an athlete

Hello, I (21M) struggled all of my life with muscle tears in my lower body and I recently connected the dots.

Doctor's havent told me anything useful since the injuries started (I'm in really good shape due sambo+gym+cardio) but I wanna know what I can do to improve collagen/ligament health because my knees are starting to hurt randomly, I'm feeling tired all the time and I had a fucking umbilical hernia at 21 that probably CAME back.

IS there nay way to prevent this? I felt devastated once i knew that I can't prevent anything happening to mee and any advice would be Infinitly valued.

Hearts, blood vessels and other internal organs

Hello choombas, I've been trying to figure out where some cyberpunk 2020/2077 pieces of cyberware are "missing".

I understand that things like a Heal On Kill would be op/out of place in a ttrpg, but things like the second heart feel like they actually bellong in red.

Have you ever tried incorporating some cardiovascular, lungs or digestive systems in your Game? Do you have any kind of homebrew recommendations?

Making melee weapons dangerous

Hello, I dm for my group and I'm planning an encounter where they are not wearing armor/weapons and I want them to still have a feel for danger.

The situation involves them getting jumped by some unarmored mooks with improvised medium melee weapons. 2 of my players are solos with either MA or concealable melee weapons that they might be carrying.

My idea was to give them a momment to shine while, at the same time slowing them down by giving them a mildly annoying critical injury.

Has anyone tried any of this things?

Making light/medium melee weapons crit confirm (if they roll a 6 allowing them to roll an extra die so they crit on another 6)?

Making brawling not deal critical injuries/making It so they need to crit confirm (extra die) if they get the critical injury (total of 3 6s to make a critical injury)?

Its supposed to be a really quick combat and I'm probably not doing any of this, but I just want to read what you guys think.

Hi, I just came back to the Game and I tried to install this modpack, I have a lot of issues (mainly enemy bodies that cant be looted) as well as performance issues.

Did I make any mistake?

Hi, I started playing back in 2023, got a couple hundred hours but I ended Up losing both my save and my mods.

IS there any "essential" modpack that enhances both combate, animations and the world?

Pd: Are we still making handler jokes?

Hello, I (21M) got surgery on a really small umbilical hernia 11 days ago. I compete regularly in grappling and I'm taking some time off.

by day 11 I'm feeling super confidente and moving almost as if nothing happened.

IS this normal? How much time did It take you to go back to the gym? (Im obviously not looking for medical advice, but I would like to do some lateral raises at least)
