Advices needed for an old MIP machine

I just brought this little beauty home. I was able to buy it for next to nothing at a flea market. It needs a good cleaning and a lot of love, but it’s in very good overall condition. However, the electrical components are in pretty bad shape. Some of the pedal’s components are broken, and I’m not sure if I can trust the motor. Also, it’s designed for 110V, not 220V (I live in France).

Does anyone have any advice on how I can give this beautiful machine a second life?

First foster kittens of the year

Ladies and gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to our new foster kittens! Meet Blitz, the small white-and-tiger-striped boy; Beka, the black-and-white girl; and Batou, the sweet tiger-striped boy. They are all around 4-5 weeks old and as cute as can be.

They already have their own unique styles. Blitz needs lots of affection and even more food. He is the smallest, so he needs to gain weight. Beka... I don't know if ADHD exists for cats, but she surely has it! She's always 100% charged. Batou is the sweetest boy in the group. He's the most discreet, but he loves neck cuddles.
