I was one of the many innocent players who were included on SP's stupid wave ban. Yes, I got a lot of gems but I got them from offerwall/tapjoy and spent considerable amount of cash to get those tasks' rewards. It never cross in my mind to get resources from the black market.

I already messaged the stupid developer on discord and provided my ID but he's unresponsive.

Is there other way to get my account unbanned?

Does anyone experience this issue where the files have already been deleted from the camera but the storage still says otherwise? They still take up space even after being deleted. I have to format the camera in order to fix it.
