Unfair Trade Practice, Bait and Switch, by Myntra. They are completely Dishonest and have no value for consumers. Their customer support is not for supporting customers but for pushing customers to get tired and forget about fraud, they do lots of fake arguments to Gaslight customers.

I am frustrated with an online shopping platform, Myntra.

I am talking about unfair trade practices like, Bait and Switch.

Firstly they're explicitly showing that Return and Exchange available for the product (Jeans). But after delivery, the quality didn't match my expectations, so I decided to return. My order page now has only a size exchange available.

When I reached out to them with screenshots, they called me to inform me that the product is non-returnable and I said to check the product page they said I can see here return is not available for the product. I checked the page again, they updated their page. Here I realised that the customer support is actually to defend the company's fraud, argue falsely to Gaslight customers and not to support any customer. They demanded a screenshot of the whole page from the product to the "return and exchange available", but that's very far from the product name. Still it has the seller name, description, and clear hints.

I have before and after screenshots, to prove they have no value for consumers and are completely dishonest beings.

I paid ₹382 for a inferior fabric quality jeans. I don't know if it is supposed to be inferior or not, but at least they should accept that they have misinformed me and it's unlikely to happen in future again. But they are Rich 🤑, they have a whole team to Gaslight customers, push company's agenda, ignore customers, and suppress their issues, ironically the team name is Customer Support.

That ₹2 matters, when it comes to earning without scamming people. That matters to any hardworking person.

If together we all start fighting for our Rights. Imagine who will get tired? It's them. They are tricking us for a long time but if we all fight back for our Rights, they have to follow rules, they have to support customer's grievances.

I have also complained to government's National Consumer Helpline using WhatsApp, which is not processed yet. See how Even our government departments are in favour of big and rich businessmen. The Department of Consumer Affairs tries their best to somehow "make the person get tired" and just focus on their daily life affairs, and do not disturb those Fraud businesses. It is always their aim just to make people tired. Make people accept it is normal.

We know our rights. Let's make the fraudsters get tired by complaining as much as you can, complain for ₹1, complain about something which does not directly affect you, complain if you had seen an unfair practice.

None of our leaders are serious about our history. It is good to see Sanjay Jha seriousness about Videha History, He initiated excavation in search of Maithili Civilization.

Pushing of false theories by outsiders is now replaced by our own low iq folks.

Dear Bhumihar Brahmins.

If someone has closed eyes under bright sunlight, that would never mean Night for others.

Some arguments from my side:

✓ This is not a matter of Fact, but a disproved and weakly cited Theory. I can challenge anybody about the nonsense.

✓ There was nothing like Indo-Aryan Buddhists of Magadh or whatever!

✓ The most generally repeated argument, Buddhism was not exclusive to Bihar.

✓ The most suitable argument, "*Babhan term defines traditional priests of Magadh (more likely to be Hindu Brahmin of kind).*" It is evidently well Established that the modern Babhan population of Magadh represents those ancient Magadhi Babhans.

and There exists a distinct term for those Buddhists that is Samana. King Asoka was from Pataliputta and he was well aware of Babhans of Patna.

All of the 'Sharma Bhumihars' adopted Sharma title after sahajanand movement.

✓ I will attach Hindu God sculptures below 1,000 years ago, to show our ancestors were practicing it continuously. No bad intentioned person can override the fact that There is no Proof of Babhans (whole group) switching religion.

✓ They claim to be Atheists but they aren't for real. Atheists are supposedly non-believers , I mean bro! How could you? How could you trust anything that's poorly sourced and also dismissed properly. At the same time You are rejecting the existence of Parshuram, but believing some nonsense.

✓ If I have to choose between Parshuram and your Buddhism nonsense. I will choose the widely accepted Parshuram Theory.

JAI PARSHURAM !

I have an opinion about Shunga and Aryabhatta and all. Our people are not Intellectual enough to reconstruct or correct history at the time, we spend more time on Modi-Modi and Sarkari Naukari. Until someone really works with Honest intention, It sounds dumb claiming them. Uncertain until proven.

Babhans of bokaro, purulia districts are Designated as "Mahatha" by locals. also used as surnames for bhumihars. Mahatha means of Upper Class or of High Social Stand in ancient Magadhi Prakrit.

Please don't tell me Mahatata is not Mahatha. You need to study linguistics more. Clarification: pronounce mahatata 4-5 times. Even the surname Mahatha means the same in a real world context.

This is not a mention of any caste in the script!

Good day.
