What do you guys think about this so-called health report?

Dropped my car at a Dealership for a full service and MOT today. Total price £450. Car is just under 60k miles...No problems whatsoever...

Suddenly got this.

Is this one of these Dealership garage gimmicks or should I get advice somewhere else...

Workshop has said "it might affect MOT if not repaired"..

What to be aware of if developer is offering to pay stamp duty?

First time buyer

Ready to buy a new build house valued at 600k, hoping to put a 7.5% deposit in (mainly because that's what I can afford to put down, with some change left for moving costs and stamp duty), but I'm only getting good mortgage options at 10% deposit.

Now, with a 10% deposit. I won't be able to fit the stamp duty in my budget.

Developer brings an idea of paying the stamp duty...but increasing the house value to £620 if they do.

Best line of action in this situation
