To nose job or not to nose job?

Okay. I have to give 50$ tomorrow to keep my consultation for april 2027 which will be 100$ then.

The nose job would be 16 to 17 000 CAD without tax but by the time I have my surgery it will likely be higher said the admin person.

I am just not sure if it's worth it. I think I might have a deviated septum and breathing is difficult when I do cardio, I even sometimes get a fake panic attack from the lack of air VS effort. My bump is also bothering me and it does a soft c shape with the tip of my nose when I smile. It was not like that when I was younger but I got trauma on it and nose keep on growing so here we are.

What do you guys think?
