linkedin lead generation without being that annoying salesperson?

been in b2b saas sales for 3 years now and linkedin outreach is still my weakest area. my connection acceptance is decent (around 35%) but the actual conversations just die after the first message.

right now i'm manually finding prospects on sales nav, checking their company sites for emails, then either inmailing or connecting first. it takes forever and most people just ghost after accepting.

i've been testing different approaches - asking about their challenges, sharing relevant content, even just straight up asking if they're evaluating solutions in our space. nothing really clicks.

starting to think i need better lead enrichment data to personalize at scale. been looking at Clay for the workflow stuff and also Prospeo since their mobile numbers might help us do multi-channel instead of just hammering linkedin. tired of relying on inmails that go nowhere.

anyone here actually getting linkedin leads consistently? what's your process look like? especially curious if you're doing 100+ touches per week without coming off spammy.

anyone else avoid opening important paperwork because it instantly spikes anxiety....

my passport renewal has been sitting on my desk for 9 days because every time i open the paperwork my brain suddenly decides doing laundry is more urgent.

Do clinics in Seoul still do same-day consultations and treatments

I haven’t been back to Korea in a few years and was wondering if most skin clinics still let you do consultation and treatment on the same day. Trying to fit appointments into a short trip and not sure how scheduling works now

Hi, new to this sub. i just wanna share my journey, i am 26..i did not interacted with people much because i used to stammer a lot and low confidence because i didnt achieved anything big in life till now. i am thankful to my college friends and mentors as they pushed me to the edge. Networking brought major change in my life. i used to feel that this stammering is a curse on me. but now i don’t stammer that much because i started talking to 20-30 people on a daily basis . i got employed recently too in a mnc. I never imagined to be here. Always wanted to make my parents proud. Im following 2 simple rules on a daily basis. 1st Is to always show up. 2nd never stop. thank you for reading.
