I had to go to Purchase to take the most important exam of my career (9 hour marathon), and I left an hour early before my start time (I am usually like a 12 minute ride away) and the traffic was actually insane, complete standstills, people turning around, side roads completely at standstills, at about 8 am. I have no idea why, especially because it is not moving towards the city, but it ended up taking an HOUR to drive like 10 miles during the most stressful day of my life. Does anyone know what happened? That was NOT normal traffic

I'm in a very high stress situation and cannot afford to go to the store right now, so I ordered like 2 quick things last night to come this morning 7 am - 9 am. Its 11 am now and currently have the notification that "it will be here at 12 pm". Are they allowed to do this?

I did not pay priority, and the order just says "confirmed" and no one has actually started shopping yet. I feel like it will just keep bumping the time out indefinitely, I literally paid for a delivery window, I don't understand how wholly unreliable this app is.
