It's ALIVE!!!
Finally got to fire it up today. Was really impressed, 2 twist, turned the ignition on pressed the button and BOOM!!!
Fired right the fuck up, I was floored, I expected to be trashing on it all day. Dialed it best i could and took it for it's first blast around the block, rides amazing, runs a bit rough. Figured out i need intake seals now... OH well, it's an Ironhead...

Before & After
Went in with the intention of completely changing this 82' XLH. Thought it would be simple, new tins, new forks and some odds and ends... What a joke... This thing was sketchy to say the least, now it's gonna be a safe daily ride...
