France & Daverkosen Easy Chair - Peter Hvidt FD-146?

Wondering if anyone can confirm that is the FD-146 by Peter Hvidt. I'm seeing the same chair marked as such online but unfortunately am seeing others also marked as the FD-146 and vice versa.

The cushion I can almost guarantee is not original, though definitely vintage.
