Looking for 2 co-founders, early, pre-idea-validation

I have an idea I'm working on, broadly forecasting and optimization for small teams. I won't lay out the whole thing here, but I'm happy to get into specifics once we’re talking.

Nothing is built right now. I want to validate this by talking to people actually living the problem. If you join now, the first weeks are discovery and validation.

About me: 28, technical, been programming since I was a kid. Most of my work lately has been done in systems languages, C++ mostly. I’m strongest in product, architecture, and tooling.

What I'm looking for:

  1. Someone math-focused: A quant background isn't required, but it's a plus. More importantly, you should be comfortable with math and willing to dig into whatever's needed.

  2. Someone sales-focused: Not traditional sales at first. Think early discovery, talking to potential users, figuring out pain points, and looping the team in on what you're hearing.

This is a serious attempt. Not a guarantee it'll work out, but the general shape of the plan is to set us up for success. Ideally you're someone who could go full-time if things get to that point. I'm open to people from anywhere, but we'd need the logistics to be workable.

I’m looking for people who like to problem solve from ground zero rather than be handed a spec, think borderline research problem.

If this sounds interesting, DM me, tell me a bit about yourself, what you've built/worked on, and what kind of team you want to build. I'm going to read every DM, might not reply to all of them, but I'll read every single one.

All the best.
