Was it intentional that niles started dressing down once he began dating daphne? Or was it just a reflection of the fashion at the time
I’m curious because we see him wear tie-less suits and more casual outfits in the later seasons, which i don’t think ever happened in the earlier seasons

I loooove the ‘i guess everybody just assumed.’ line in 8.19
On my first watch i, too, had thought that daphne and niles had slept together and i was mad that they didn’t mention it so when frasier assumed that they did and he said that line i was smiling ear to ear. This show is brilliant
