Cant seem to lose weight

Im a 27m 6ft 225lbs that has been losing weight slowly over the past few years. I started back in 2023 at roughly 265lbs, plateaued at 240, then broke it and hit 230s in 2024. I went through a terrible mental spiral that year and fell off everything. Stopped going to the gym, barely ate and if I did it wasn't much for a few months or so. I dropped into the 220s, and I've been stuck ever since. My job keeps me relatively active as I average probably 9k steps a day, dig holes, and other somewhat strenuous activities. I've gone on solid, month long strict diets multiple times in the past couple years and increased my physical activity only to see the scale to not be affected by even .1 of a pound. I had relatively the same job when I started my weight loss journey, which is where my confusion lies. I am bad about eating out as I live by myself and usually work 10-12 hour days, but i still almost consistently eat 3 eggs and 2 turkey sausage patties for breakfast, a sandwich with some fruit on the side for lunch, and a lean meat with veggies for dinner. I practically always avoid drinking my calories as well outside of alcohol on Saturday nights. I'm open to any recommendations
