how to improve???
are these numbers good? i started running last week, my goal is to lose 8-10 kgs this summer(3-months), currently 86 kg 5'10 i am running for 5-6 days a week, i also hit gym 4/week before running
and any tips to increase my running distance?? and is running late night bad for your overall health??
