How can I get taken seriously

I am feeling hopeless. I have had alternating loose-ish chunky pale ish diarrea for years now. Sometimes it gets stuck behind a poop wall of constipation and then eventually all comes out. This happens mostly if I eat a lot of fat or sodium. Especially saturated fats arw a trigger. I have pooped an average 5-6 times a day every day for 3 years. Every day starts with 3 hours of pooping. And then theres also poops throughout the day. Often pure mucus poops. Every doctor has told me ibs. Finally had a doctor take me more seriously, refer me to a gastroenterologist, and then the gastroenterologist told me ibs and "see a dietitian". All on the basis my calprotectin and crp was low. As if I havent tried. Low fodmap did nothing. I dont get that much bloating anymore, or maybe I am just used to it. I dont know. I do get nausea and stomach pain after every meal. I have immense brain fog. This is literally ruining my life. I am a university student and this all started after starting university and it has affected my studies immensely. I literally dont know what to do. I am 22 and this is ruining my life. I miss so much class because I have to goddamn stay home to poop. If anyone has advice please give it. I live in Australia.

I literally dont know what to do. Have wasted so much money on this too now.
