Hello, I got amazed by Lenghu region, especially by black mountains, alien like landscapes and would love to visit it during my trip to China.
I am not interested that much in salt lakes for now, as I will see Qinghai, Chaka, Namtso, Yamdrok later on
I was thinking of getting to Dunhuang by my own and from there hire a personal driver ( as if I understood correctly, chance of me, foreigner driving a rental car in China is very low) whom would take me to Lenghu region with detour to Aksai Sin, stay the night there and on next day go back to Dunhuang, probably with detour to Nanbaxian
Since almost no hotel as email address in this area, didnt find any good agency for this online, I am asking here.
I am not interested in group tours to point of interest, rather to find someone I can pay to drive me around so we can stop whenever we want.
What are my options in finding such person ? What is the best route to take in given region, considering my preferences?

Hello all, I am creating a route to hit all desired places i want to see, but I am having small issues in one segment, namely how to connect Xiaozhai Tiankeng with Pingshan Grand Canyon. I have two options so far, A: start in Chongqing, end in Zhangjiajie, option B: start in Zhangjiajie and end in Xi an(based on rest of the tour)
