Looking For: Caretaker in Zambales

Looking po kami ng family ko ng caretaker, baka may ma-refer kayong kamag-anak din. Pero preferably hindi taga Zambales.

Tasks: Feed the dogs and clean up poop, cut grass when needed, dispose of trash, and assist sa gate pag lalabas at pasok ang sasakyan. That's it. Hindi kami naguutos or nagmamando. You can sleep or use your phone all day long.

We have a caretaker with this exact setup, our lives are almost perfect until today, he told us that he needs to go back to his province, so we're looking for a replacement. 'Yung kailangan na kailangan lang ng matutuluyan or wala nang family in life, or maybe may partner kayo at gusto niyong bumukod.

Salary/Allowance: P5,000 per month, free lahat, food, water, groceries/snacks, personal care stuff, internet, and kwarto na matutulugan, around 20sqm ang room sa cabin sa backyard. What we eat ay 'yun din ulam mo.

Bonus: the house is up for sale, and once mabenta, I'll give percentage to the caretaker.

Why are we looking for caretaker? The house is not in a subdivision, and our guard dogs are not enough for security, ad we need someone na magbabantay ng property and to take care of our dogs lalo na umaalis at lumuluwas kami ng Manila almost twice a month. Daming akyat bahay sa probinsya.

What should I do when my opponent does this move?

My competition is in a few days, and I am watching white belt matches from the previous competitions in my country.

My game plan is collar drag, then take the back.

But what if my opponent doesn't like standing up and pulls this move?

What's my move for this? I'm thinking sprawl or catch his neck?

Because if I just dodge and take a step back, I think he'll just attempt this again.
