so i have been applying in taguig-pateros and taguig gen since december. I‘ve done a lot of walk-in, but still no response. Need ba talaga backer? may nagsabi pa may replacement fee. I really need tips now or advice. thank you in advance

Sa mga may alam pa’no mag-apply sa mga public hospital tulad ng taguig-pateros and taguig gen. kailangan ba talaga ng backer? may nagsabi pa replacement fee. I’ve sent my resume to those hospital several times since december. baka sakali lang
