Whats eating my plants?

This is my first year growing vegetables and I initially thought it was going pretty well. I have cabbage and broccoli growing and managed to get some netting over them and copper wire round to stop birds and slugs eating them but over the last week have noticed somethings eating random holes into the leaves and these bugs are covering my calendula and appearing on the veg too. Does anyone know what they are and if they're responsible for my quickly disappearing veg?

Can trust grade SHOs go LTFT?

I'm an F2 applying for trust grade positions as I didn't get into training this year but was wondering if is it possible to go LTFT? I'm fairly burntout after the last two years so LTFT would be ideal but I don't know how common this is, and if i requested it is it better to mention it in the interview or only once I've been offered a position?

Burnout advice

F2 currently experiencing what I think is fairly strong burnout. I did the BMA burnout questionnaire and scored high/very high. Currently on a medical rotation I'm finding difficult, I'm autistic and so am struggling with the sensory impact of clerking in a busy ED/ward work when on call and of not having a consistent team so it feels like every shift I'm starting from scratch with everyone. Often getting to a Sunday and just filled with nausea, sometimes crying at the thought of having to go in and work lates or nights. Also struggling with imposter syndrome which isn't helping.

Has anyone experienced similar and gotten any help from the deanery? I think a temporary reduction in OOH would help but I'm worried if this would delay ARCP or if it might affect how likely I am to get a trust grade job next year if I'm seen as someone who's struggling. Also just any suggestions on how to help would be really appreciated

New raised bed. Advice on how to fill it

I'm trying to make a new raised bed but wondering how best to fill it.

I've seen options for a soil/compost mix but then others say to use logs lower down and only the upper level being soil and compost. Also, how would I get things like logs, smaller sticks, and leaves etc at this time of year if that's the better choice?
