Stretching and Movement Routines to Prevent Body Deterioration as a New Hire?
I'm a new hire at best buy and I feel as if I should adopt a sort of stretching, dynamic stretching or movement routine in order to keep my body healthy.

Anyone here actually maintain a consistent structure/split for the amount of games they play before reviewing or anything of that sort? Chess is brainrot for me so.trying out structure could help lol.
It's a lot of stuff to go through, and I found some to be actually pretty decent while others better suited for lower rated players.
What if
I'm currently not in a state where I want to seriously engage with chess in a super effortful way however I still want to engage with the game, still find it interesting and want to perhaps deepen my engagement later. In the meantime I could find some non chess books which could still impact chess.
