I got 250 out of 500 in the cuet ug exam and want to take chinese course.

I am a female from the OBC background. I have searched about it and it said that i have chances of getting these courses but i just wanted to confirm one more time

Does anyone have good apps or website that can help me with chinese characters.

Preferably apps that will help me practice the characters too.
