I genuinely want to understand the rating and promotion criteria here in Capgemini, specially for lower grades.

I keep getting different versions from the seniors and just can't understand at all on what grounds they're botching my rating, despite being a top performer.

Please help me get some idea over it. It's really frustrating n disappointing at the same time. 🙁😖

Aaj first proper barish huyi season ki aur roads poore overflow ho rakhe hai... Wo bhi barely 15-20 min ki barish me.

Khaskar ye jo busiest road hai from station to Mindspace west/Capgemini/Digha... Via Datta meghe. Wo to poori bhari hui hai. Looks like the drains are completely clogged. Ye taiyari hai NMMC ki 👏👏

And it's barely the start of monsoons.
