I'm nearly at my 6 month prescriber appointment and I'm about 3lb off the target weight. I didn't lose anything at the lower doses but when I got to 2.4mg it kicked in and I've been losing steadily since then.

Obviously I'd like to continue but I have a feeling from all the appointments so far that it's a box tick thing and there isn't any flexibility around individual circumstances (I'm disabled so basically "try going out for a walk at lunchtime" isn't helpful advice, no matter how many times they suggest it.

My question is, do they ask to see the scales when you get to six months? Or could I tell them I've lost their target and carry on?
