Anyone may Idea kung ano requirements mag oraganize Fun Run?

Anyone here, kabalo kung ano mga requirements and mga necessary documents/things nga isubmit to organize a Fun Run? Like permits and so on. All proceeds will be going to this Non Profit Org for children, since I am doing a volunteer work with them, aside from donating straightly.

Thank you in advance.

Not a barker, pero libot ng libot within the vicinity of this area. Saw him tweaking.

Saw him tweaking kag sigue libot² diri. Although the video was cut short. Cada labay gina tago dayon ang cellphone kasi i won't take risk since wala man police around the area, albeit lapit ang police station sa villamonte.

Been working with substance abuser halin sang una and asta subong and he's showing signs na may ara siya. I mean okay lang ni ayhan? Gaka risgo ang safety sang mga tawo or even ang mga galabay nga salakyan kay gapatunga siya, sala pana dayon ka driver. Oh boy.

What are we going to do with these people?

May mga pa kuno² nga ga panglimos sa dalan sang lacson and sa lopues east area. Mind you, may layi na kita nga bawal mag dole out or mag hatag sa gapang limos. But in this picture may ara LGU employee naghatag mismo cuarta kag may ara man BTAO employee nga wala man lang nag saway. So bale ningas kugon naman ang Bacolod?

Anhon ta ni sila? Kung ma aksidente sala pa sang driver.

Sometimes I get jealous of my friend's parents.

Sana all na lang gid sa mga friends ko and cousins ko sa ila parents. Nag dako sila upod gihapon ila mga parents and grandparents. Like ano ang feeling na man? I long for their love, as in. Mostly my father works abroad and my mother was busy working a 9 to 5 job. Sa oag bata sa akon my lolos on both sides patay na and my lolas are bed ridden na..May mga yaya kami at that time and if wala gina pasa pasahan ko sa mga titos and titas kung diin mag stay. When my father died years ago, wala ko kabalo ano ireact ko, late na ko naging emotional, i broke down in tears after a few weeks. Now I'm at my 30s, my mother is getting old, and I've been trying to reconnect with her, kay nakulbaan ko madula iloy ko and gusto ko mag bawi sa iya samtang buhi pa siya. Daw mahambal ko daw di ko gid mayo kilala parents ko. Makilala ko na lang sila esp ang father ko sa mga kilala niya or sa mga nabuligan niya nga mga tawo i was not expect people from diff part sang pinas and outside pinas would comfort me, na maskilala pa nila amay ko kesa sakon. Siguro dira pa gid nadugangan nga naging emotional ko, frustrating and happy at the same time.

Nahisa gid ko sa mga friends ko nga they can spend more time with their parents and grandparents. Ma storya nila daw halos tanan nga need nga istorya, i can't sometimes relate to them, like family bonding or ano. Now, parent naman ako, I've been trying to fill the void, nga di ko pagpabatyag ang na agyan ko sa akon mga bata.

Disappointed and Frustrated - Private Hospital

Let me rant here for a momet Sir/Mam Mods,

My niece was rushed into this private hospital due to a lacerated wound and constant bleeding, they immediately went to the ER. Upon arriving there, they were informed by the nurse that the doctors in the said department are not available, and we will have to wait for 2 to 3 hours. My cousin then asked if there are any doctors available to tend to their patient, which the nurse replied "wala gid bala mam" and was further asked kung ano ang possible na ma ubra, the former said either ma wait sila or masaylo depende sa inyo.

The family asked the attending nurse if puede ma tend or ma stabilized danay ang wound thru first aid kit hambal sang nurse hulton gid ang doctor antes sila mag first aid. And i was like ha? ngaa haw? wala man ni nurse gin lantaw ang wound gin tulok ya man lang ang patiente, wala assessment, wala initial checkup. I know basic first aid para ma stop lang ang bleeding pero wala ko necessary tools, so i asked if puede na lang diri sa ER and same sht gihapon indi gid. So paano na hulton na lang mapatay ang patiente antes ma actionan? this is so disheartening and frustrating nga health care provider sila tapos ara man lang to sila sa sulod ER ga kinadlaw and sagay cellphone.

But checking my niece's wound puede gid madala sa first aid bisan ma stop ang bleeding however didto sa said hospital wala gid gin atender. I think the family reported this to their admin and this is not the first and recent incident that occured in this hospital nga may mga lapses. hopefully this will be addressed.

Furthermore, we decided to transfer to a known private hospital instead, didto pag abot gin check dayon ang vitals, and all. And gin ASSESS dayon amon patiente, gin check ang pilas. 20 minutes later na stitch na and na issuehan na kami medical prescription.

I won't be recommeding this hospital to my family and friends, ka frustrating that we had to experienced this.

A HUB OF CRIMINALS, PROSTITUTES AND PIMPS- BACOLOD CITY PUBLIC PLAZA

Credits to the original owner of the video

Rugby boys daw halos tanan ara man sa plaza, tapos ga intra man sa mga petty crimes like pangawat kag physical injuries.

Ironic, visible kaayo sa tanan esp if mag labay ka mismo, lapit lang sa police, lapit man sa mga gov offices concerning these people. Pero ano? Wala gihapon may gina ubra ang pinalangga ta nga ciudad?

Unahon fountain? Pero centers for homeless wala?

My experience with OVP Sara Duterte and her staff

I was a coordinator in a medical mission in bacolod and it was with a private hospital nga upod namon partner. That time, the said hospital also invited sara for an award or something. Not related sa amon mission, and we don't involve politics sa amon advocacy.

While i was performing my gatekeeping duties, gina check ang mga patiente ka upod sa ila mga bantay, since 1 patient and 1 guardian lang. There was this patient and ang isa kalalaki nagpakilala as parent niya. Base man sa listahan siya kuno ang amay sang bata and asked if he can take pictures of his child lang gid during our operation in which gin sugtan siya.

Later on, na notice ko nga pati iban nga patiente gina pang kwaan niya pictures and confronted him ngaa gina kwaan ya iban nga bata pics. Together with my coworkers gin storya siya namon, there he disclosed na he is working under the office of the vice president and ang real parents sang bata ara sa gwa. Gin pa delete tanan nga pics nga ara sa iya dslr and gin pa gwa siya while ang tuod nga parents, the mother na lang ang gin pa sulod.

At the same time nag balik ko guard duty, there were two individuals wearing americana who approached me and said "puede niyo po kaming papasukin." nga ako man nga kabalo ang mga invitado nga mga personas wala sila gin pa sulod. They claimed they're from the aforementioned office *OVP and demanded to talk to the higher-ups in which i declined respectfully. Gapamilit sila actually mag sulod.

While wala sila naka sulod. After our post screening, ang mga patiente namon gin refer na sa hospital for operation and after operation nag proceed na sa wards. There nag sulod lang ang tawo ni sara duterte kag nagpa photo op sa amon team and sa mga patiente, later claimed nga ila ang medical mission. We were frustrated sa natabo and tried to dialogue with their staff nga delete the misinformation.

Idk why they are doing this sa amon just for exposure. Our mission has been going on for more than 20 years tapos intrahan lang niya.

During Bing Leonardia's time as mayor, this was just hanging out in Alijis, specifically near the metal recycling area between Sang Bangga Metal on the way to St. Peter. Just parked in a vacant lot. I had a picture of it before but I can't find it now. Also, I saw some of these jeepneys that are already starting to disappear from that area then I saw them somewhere in Cuayan.

Is anyone here aware of what happened here?

It's a shame, Bacolod has the potential to become a literal super city, but it's being blocked by politicians.

Gin pa una siya namon lakat and since gina alsa² niya ang shirt niya nakita namon may dala siya nga armas.

This video was taken around 5:32PM
