Looking for something in the very particular pulp magazine cover art style that was used in the 30s and 40s. I have references for my character and a general idea of what I want out of the cover. My budget starts at $100 but I am very willing to go for a much higher price, especially understanding that I hope to use this commercially for a game project I am working on.
