PC thinks it isn't connected to the internet, but it clearly is.

Odd issue. I am able to use my entire PC just fine, opera gx, games etc the whole lot.
However, it has decided that it actually isn't connected to the internet (yet the internet still works, which is how I am posting this) and says it isn't, and certain apps such as outlook agrees that I am not connected to the internet, along with microsoft store and modrinth.
I have attempted to flush DNS Cache, and reset network adapters, but neither worked and I am rather stumped.
When I go to the Network & Internet panel, it shows Not Connected, and says Ethernet & Wifi has No internet, but secured.
Running Windows 11.
System specs:
5700x3d Ryzen 7
4x16gb 64gb 2666mhz CL18
B550m MAG Mortar MAX Wifi
Rx 9070 XT 16gb
850w 80+ gold Corsair PSU of some kind.
Any help would be appreciated, I would like these apps to start working again.
