Sudden stones and tar like substance in planters

Hi! I’m starting to replant my raised beds and then noticed these continuous stones across one bed and this tar like substance on another planter. Any idea what this might be? Not sure if I need to scrap this soil and start over.

Celiac?

I went to the GI for an appointment due to low iron. She recommended I get an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy to investigate. Endoscopy results lead to blood test and then genetic testing. My Dr says this is "grey area" and not suitable for a diagnosis. Anyone else have this experience? Is there something else I should consider or a different thing I should be asking for? Thanks for thinking this through with me!

Genetic testing: The patient is positive for DQA1*05, one half of the DQ2

heterodimer.

Endoscopy: Marsh 1

Blood tests: High t-Transglutaminase (tTG) IgG
