Then on Aug. 13, 2026, a duplicate FTA1 event was created, while its original eventDateTime is still Dec. 30, 2025 . Has anyone seen this pattern before? Does updatedAt + ackedByAdjudicatorAndCms indicate any actual adjudicator activity, or is this just a USCIS backend/system update?

For people familiar with delayed employment‑based I‑485 or mandamus:
Do you wait until USCIS officially shows the case “outside normal processing time,” or is a 12+ month post‑filing / 6+ month post‑interview delay already enough to talk to a mandamus lawyer?
