I can't believe a server said this to me

I was at a restaurant and I had enough rewards points to cover the whole bill of the food. I thought the server would hand me the pos machine and I would've tipped her and whatever. She did not hand me the machine, so there was no way to tip her without cash, which I didn't have, so on my way out, she said to me "rewards doesnt cover the tip" be so fucking for real right now. I've been a server before, and I would literally never say that to anyone.

So...now what? I'm sick with a fever. (Rant)

I work in food service for minimum wage, and have had a fever of at least 100-102 for the last day. I'm scheduled to close both tonight and tomorrow, but obviously if I have a fever, I'm not gonna be able to work. I asked everyone that works there if they could cover my shift yesterday and I get radio silence. I asked again this morning and still nothing. So now what? Would they seriously rather have me come in, sick as fuck, sweating, coughing up snot, and with a fever of 100⁰? Yes I'm sure everyone wants a sick person preparing their food. This is a crazy oversight that I can't believe workers have to deal with. How about I tell you I'm sick, and then you, as the manager, find someone to cover the shifts since I clearly need the time to recover. I'm not working while sick, I don't owe this company shit.
