Will be visiting in mid September for a fun long weekend with my mom. We used to go every year when I was young and havent been there in like 15 years, what should I expect?

I know bike week is the 9th-13th

and oceans calling is the 25th-27th

kite fest will be happening while we are there...

also staying on 1st street!

what will be closed on the boardwalk at that time? we are staying 18th-20th
