How many rolls did it take before you were happy with your shots? It took me about 5. (Leica IIIg)
Couldn’t find the right flair…shot these on a IIIg and a Summicron 50mm f/2 (with some slightly yellowed glass), my first real film camera.
I shot a few vintage-tinted Lomo rolls for my first go: most of those came out underexposed and 2 of those rolls also suffered because early on I was terrible at loading the film and had some bits of film that got shredded from the first roll wrapped around the curtain, blocking out some of the shots. There’s some good shots there but kinda got ruined on the bottom.
Most of these here came off a roll of Ektar 100 in the Albuquerque and Taos area. Still more duds than winners but my aim is improving, so to speak.
