I've started getting some clients for my new Meta Ads service but the whole onboarding process is a nightmare - so many hoops to jump through. Is there a standard way of doing this? So much easier with Google Ads! I've just been told I can't even add a new ads account - I only have one on the portfolio.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I set up my first campaign and it has been stuck in "brand review" for a week. When I tried "support" it told me they don't provide ads! Makes Google "support" look amazing.
I have a client who is obsessed with brand terms - the account had zero clicks for brand terms last 30 days but when they search for their brand they see an add. i tried explaining it was cos they were logged in and seeing a preview so they have now sent over an incognito screenshot showing an ad! Any help/advice please as this client is driving me nuts
