I wanted to help my friend visualize where the best seats for the Odyssey are in NYC, and well let’s be honest in the entire country. Getting the best seats at Lincoln Square for this film is extremely difficult and he got super lucky with G18 and G17 for us - this is how the conversation started. For fun, let’s say Christopher Nolan’s favorite place to sit in an IMAX theater are the best seats - I also acknowledge that how someone defines the “best seats” is entirely subjective but stay with me here - he says,  “When I'm in a stadium, IMAX 1.43:1, then I actually like to be a little behind the center line right up at the middle. So, a little further back.”

I wanted to create a visual for these seats. I quickly sketched one on my phone this morning - disregard H26 it’s just my seat for August - please forgive my basic screenshot! According to this, would you say the best pair of seats are G21 and G22? Or H21 and H22? I also wanted to show a decent sized zone, a “sweet spot” or golden tickets so to speak. Do you have any feedback on how to best represent this? I’m a teacher so please entertain my nerdy question here, I’d love feedback on how to show this with the seat numbers.

If someone has already made something like this please let me know! I’m only finding seating charts that are color coded but don’t have the seat numbers. I’d like to make this as easy as possible to understand and visualize. Thanks!
