I always hear about looseless scaling and how it'll take down Nvidia but whenever I actually do research about it their either too good too be true or just call the app a waste. I need proper comfirmation of how it can be used effectively and if I will be using it alot.

For my specs I've got a i5 11 gen laptop with iris xe. I play war thunder and rocket league and Iam planning to get games such as Forza horizon 6 and FC27.
