cheapest payment gateway for a Shopify store in India in 2026? Looking to Integrate a new PG ASAP

Running a D2C brand on Shopify, around Rs.3-4L monthly GMV right now and growing steadily. Have been on my current setup for a while but want to do a proper comparison before scaling further. Shopify Payments is not available in India so we're stuck with third-party payment gateway options.

Shortlisted Razorpay, Cashfree, CCAvenue and PayU but every pricing page just shows TDR upfront. Annual charges, integration quality, and actual success rates on Shopify checkout are nowhere to be found in the fine print.

Anyone running a Shopify store in India at similar scale who has done this comparison? What does the actual end to end annual cost look like, not just TDR.

Thought I was buying sneakers. Somehow ended up at event

Brought the sneakers mainly because I genuinely liked the design and wanted them for the collection. At the time, I wasn't really paying attention to all the event stuff around the drop. Fast forward a few weeks and I found myself at the weekend.

Not gonna lie, I've bought plenty of sneakers over the years, but this is probably the first time a sneaker purchase led to an actual experience.The event itself was much bigger than I expected. Huge crowd, great production, Virat Kohli showing up, Karan Aujla performing, and a lot more happening than a typical sneaker launch. Usually a sneaker drop ends with a delivery notification.

This one somehow ended with me standing and watching everything unfold live. Curious if anyone else here bought the pair and ended up attending the event too?
