Hi! I got my puppy when he was 12 weeks old & now he’s 29 weeks & I can’t believe how much time has passed. As soon as we got him I thought I would get like 4 more bc he was so cute. Now I think I’m one & done lol 😅. This is sooo hard! I have two small children & I think he requires more time honestly it’s been a challenge & sometimes it feels like it’s never gonna end 😭 but I do love him so much :(. Sorry just felt like venting

Hi everyone I have a 6 month old puppy & I think he picked up a bad habit & Idk how to make it stop. So in the beginning I was teaching him drop it and giving him a treat when he did it right. So now since he’s mastered it pretty much. He started picking up my kid’s toys and he sits on the couch and stares at me & slowly drops it just for a treat lol… is this just a normal puppy thing or how can I stop it? Thank you
Also he knows that those are off limits & I really think he does it on purpose bc the eye contact is insane lol

Hi everyone! So my 18 wk pup has been pulling lots on leash and he barks at everything he sees. He will not stop even if the person is extremely far right. So I hired a trainer and he came over yesterday and we went on a walk together. He basically told me I need to work on heel and that he needs to know that nothing is going to hurt him unless I let him know that lol. He told me he needed a different collar u know which one but should I just get a new trainer? He does choke himself on the leash and will not stop jumping & biting.
Should I continue training with flat collar?

Hello everyone I feel like I’m constantly posting in here but I’m in the struggle bus with my 17 week old pup. 😅
He’s honestly been very trying and I have a trainer coming over on Monday.
He has been barking/ lunging at every single person he sees while on walks/ going potty. It has been insane and to the point where he gets so overstimulated he jumps up and just starts biting me, ripping my clothes etc. if they come way too close he tries to run away with his tail tucked. When we are out and about he doesn’t seem to mind people. I feel like I tried socializing correctly since we got him asap and he still is ending up fearful?
I live in a townhouse and there’s people constantly walking past us on walks so I don’t know how to prevent him from seeing someone. He’s 28 lbs so everyone sees him as this big dog & asks me if he’s going to bite them. It’s tiring to explain that he’s just scared and if they can back up.

Hi guys so I already scheduled a vet appointment for my spoo but wanted to get some opinions! How would I know if he has an ear infection? He got his ears cleaned yesterday but one is dirty again with black buildup. The groomer yesterday said it didn’t smell like an ear infection but it’s weird how the other one is still clean. He has a small cut like he scratched it. He hasn’t shown any discomfort, but this is my first dog so I’m worried.

( his regular groomer usually plucks, but we just did a bath at petco since he got all muddy)
