A experience that happened to me with my Essa and that you don’t have to be scared to take them out

So what happened was I wanted to take Bella my Essa out so I decided to take her to the park and the shop so I was (WALKING HER KEEP THAT IN MIND) so I got to the park and I a little nervous because there was a woman/mum and her daughter that looked about 7-9 the woman was sitting on a bench anyway I didn’t think to much of it so I just went in the park I started to do some training to bond with Bella so I did some training like hill and jumping on to the climbing frame so ye and then I noticed that the woman was staring at me but I didn’t really care so did some jumping on these things that wiggled but she literally did not stop staring at me so I kinda just sat on a bench in the park but after a while where she was still kind of staring at me so I just decided to go to the shop which was fine but I was going to go back to the park and I wasn’t really sure but then they left the park so I did go back to the park and I ate the food that I got in the shops but before I started eating, I did have a panic attack and it was my first panic attack in public.

I wasn’t sure if I should share this, but I did just to show that I did get for it and I have taken my Essa many more times after this instant so if you are thinking to bring your Essa out you shouldn’t be scared cause this is the only incident that has ever happened to me (:
