Non-Negotiable thing for any SAAS Founder

I have seen that most of the founders are shy and like they cannot talk about their product. Even if they talk about their product and try to distribute them the videos and presentations looks so cheap. In coming days every SAAS founders must be able to talk openly about their product or service. People trust your product when they know who is actually behind it.

I run a SAAS app and when I started creating content and talked about my product people trusted more. I got a lot of feedbacks and improved the platform. I learned that not just meta ads and video marketing are the ways for scaling. For trust you just need to create a POV as a founder and talk about your product.

After I realised this I started looking for people who really can do great edits on tech. I taught them tech, few programming languages and invested my time teaching them about tech and AI. Currently I have around 30K+ followers around my socials and I post around 4 short form videos a month, about my product and others are educational videos.

I am looking for those SAAS founders who are really trying to scale up their content or planning to create one. I am not here for your generic gaming or fun or entertainment kind of content. I felt a gap that most of the technical founders don't know how to deliver and all. What kind of content will work and all. So for that reason I am just looking up for SAAS founders.

If you are that SAAS founder, lets connect, see what you are doing and what can be produced from your side.

Looking for Product Owner / Founding Engineer Role

I have worked with multiple SAAS app until now. I have scaled apps to 100k+ users too. I have handled systems where millions of API requests were made per day. I have seen how actually a product is distributed and marketed. I am a software engineer by profession but I love building stuffs too.

After working with SAAS app I also started working on my idea. Currently I have around 10K+ registered users but yeah the revenue generated from the platform is sufficient to keep it up and running. I was previously working as a senior software and platform engineer at one of the startup too.

Now I am looking for a full time role. My tech stack is Python/Django/DRF/FastAPI/NextJS. From creating an Application to Deploying it into production I know all of them. Because of few circumstances I am in the search of new role.

I know how to code, maintain a software and applications and actually how to distribute it. It would be great if you have related roles like Founding Engineer or Project Manager otherwise I am okay with Software Engineer role too.

If you are looking for someone who knows how to operate like a Tech Company you can hire me.

3 Things that you should not miss in any case before launching MVP

I have worked for more than 3 years in SAAS and handled great applications. I have seen how app grows from 0 to 1000s of users and also how SAAS dies. Here are three things you can't ignore before launching any SAAS MVP.

  1. Your product demo must be impossible to ignore. You don't need 50 features, people must feel good when they see the demo.

  2. Know from where 100 users will come from. You think too late from where users are coming from so make sure to think about this.

  3. Take feedbacks before adding any new features. Until MVP you deliver what is important and yeah after MVP too you have plans. But listen ask if that feature will make sense to your users or not.

If you wan't a walkthrough audit for your SAAS or wanna launch your idea feel free to hit me up :)
