I would like to start this off by mentioning the fact that as of right now, there are 2 kinds of Clorinde mains. There are the ones who got her before the 7.1 Selector, and the ones who got her from the 7.1 Selector.

For the ones who had her before and also picked her from the Selector, you are eating GOOD. Because of the Temper Thyself event, a good portion of you likely already have her C2, which is a CRAZY constellation. The ones who only got her with the selector, such as myself, can currently only get her to C1, which is still a good constellation but not as good as her C2.

Now I didn't come here to talk about Constellations, I came here to talk about teams, reactions, etc. So far, I believe her best teams are Aggravate and Overload, leaning more towards Overload due to the lack of Aggravate support. Here are some facts about Clorinde that I feel are relevant in current and future team comps.

Due to her being vulnerable to being interrupted during her skill combos (Below C2), in order to play her comfortably a shielder is recommended.

Due to her high Electro Application, this makes her really good in Aggravate, being only restricted by the fact that there is no dedicated Aggravate support yet. Her application also, clearly, makes her good for Overload. However, unlike Dendro, Pyro needs to be consistently applied in order to continue maintaining an aura on the opponent.

Also, something I figured out recently, Clorinde is REALLY good at maxxing out Polestar stacks in Stellar Conduct teams. So everyone knows Clorinde is good in Overload and Aggravate, but it's there a reason nobody is talking about Stellar Clorinde? I understand she didn't get a buff for it like Wrio, Cyno and Yae, but is it really not that good of a reaction for her?

I also want to talk about upcoming characters, Danica and Noy specifically. I've heard rumors that Danica might (emphasis on might since this is still stc) give some res shred for Dendro as well as Cryo and Electro. That on top of a shield really does sound like Clorinde's Aggravate wet dream. Then there's Noy, who more than likely will be THE Rimegrass support. So is there a chance that he might also support Electro teammates AS WELL as Cryo?

What I'm asking, if not obvious, is if Aggravate might be getting a comeback, which is what I've been waiting for for a while lol.

So before they officially announced Lucia and Orphie's Reruns during the 2.8 special program, I assumed they would be rerunning. Since I was at 26 pulls until a guaranteed S-Rank AND guaranteed the limited character my plan was to save up for Orphie and Lucia both, as having Lucia would basically secure any future Rupture teams since I have Dialyn, and Orphie because my SAnby team has consisted of only her, Trigger and Nicole for quite some time and if I got Orphie then my Aftershock team would also be set. I had already grinded for full discs sets for both Orphie and Lucia, I was so sure I would get them.

And then Cissia came out. I fell in love with her character and needed her, and though I said I would save for Orphie and Lucia, I couldn't help myself. I ended up getting her and yeah 😭😭

I decided to put her on my SAnby team because I didn't feel like making a third Electric Attacker team, so my Anby team now consists of SAnby Trigger and now Cissia. I've been trying to figure out ways to maximize my team's damage output, because I know that Cissia is far from SAnby's BIS when it comes to subdps. I might not end up pulling for Orphie because I have Cissia and if I replaced her with Orphie, then I would HAVE to make a new Electric DPS team because I don't have Seed and have no intentions of getting her.

At first I put her on a 4-Piece Astral Voice and 2pc ER, but quickly realized that I was seeing a major dps falloff for the whole team and switched her to a 4pc Dawn's Bloom. Now W-Engines are where it's gotten tricky because I have none of the Limited W-Engines that would work well with her and I know what you're thinking. Anton's Sig is a great F2P option! It has ER and everything. Well I'm embarrassed to say that before I decided on pulling for Cissia I SCRAPPED EVERY COPY because there wasn't a single DPS that could use it and I wanted the chips.

So as for W-Engines I ended up settling for the Steam Oven, the craftable Stun W-Engine because even though Cissia doesn't get the W-Engine Effect I'll still be getting the ER stat. I'm pulling for Cissia's Sig and hoping for either hers or MIRACULOUSLY Anton's but it's not looking good so far... So any tips? Ik this was a long rant but I'll take anything
